Joe Kennedy III commends NI’s Young Entrepreneurs

As Northern Ireland celebrated the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Good Friday Belfast Agreement, United States President Joe Biden visited the capital city and spoke about the importance of enterprise and entrepreneurship education to drive our economy forward in the next 25 years and beyond.

He specifically name checked ATTNx client Young Enterprise Northern Ireland, a charity which has lead the way in entrepreneurship skills for over 30 years, and its alumni who are part of that Good Friday Agreement generation.

Ahead of his visit, the President appointed Joe Kennedy III as Special Envoy to Northern Ireland for Economic Affairs, and tasked him with making Northern Ireland a successful and investible region for US foreign direct investors.

Kennedy himself attended the Young Enterprise Awards 2023 at Belfast City Hall and lent his presence and voice to the movement, speaking with ATTNx director Alastair Luke at the event.
