This time last year I hadn’t a clue what ‘lean’ was, until I got a LinkedIn recommendation for a video shoot with Ryan Tierney at Seating Matters. Ryan was and continues to be developing Lean Made Simple, helping people transform their organisations and their lives.

So I made the journey to Limavady to take the Lean Made Simple factory tour and it has changed everything about how I work, how ATTNx works, even how my family works.
